Useful information

When obtaining telephone support, please be at your PC with FoodWorks running and with all the required information outlined below to hand:
  • Did the problem occur immediately after installing an upgrade to FoodWorks?

  • What version of FoodWorks you are using: from the Help menu click About FoodWorks.

  • The exact error or warning message displayed, if any.

  • Are you able to reproduce the problem? If so, please describe the exact set of steps to take to cause the problem to occur.

  • A description of exactly what you were doing when the problem occurred. For example, were you saving a new recipe, or entering a food for the diet?

  • Are you able to keep using FoodWorks?
